Welcome to Aligned-Well, where compassionate care meets cutting-edge science to support your journey to wellness. As a licensed clinical social worker and holistic health coach with advanced training in Psychoneuroimmunology, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mindfulness -Based Stress reduction (MBSR), I specialize in helping individuals living with chronic illness and cancer address the emotional and physical challenges they face.

Through an integrative approach that combines Energy Psychology techniques like Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping), Somatic Psychology for nervous system regulation, and evidence-based health coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I empower my clients to cultivate resilience, find balance, and nurture their overall well -being. Together we’ll navigate the complexities of your experience and foster a holistic path.
