I'm a licensed clinical social worker and holistic health coach specializing in EMDR, mindfulness based stress reduction, and somatic, trauma informed approaches. I support individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, and major life transitions, as well as those navigating the emotional and physical challenges of chronic illness and cancer. My goal is to help clients regulate their nervous system, build resilience, and feel more balanced and supported in their daily lives.
